Iceland has a way of redefining scale.
Drifting ice, distant glaciers, layered skies — and a single human figure walking along the shore. What interests me here is not only the landscape itself, but the relationship between presence and immensity.
In places like this, one becomes aware of proportion, silence and time. The human element becomes fragile, almost temporary, against geological permanence.
