In this new series I explore the quiet dialogue between surface and light — not just what a wall is, but how it becomes under changing illumination.
Although these architectural textures sit on even physical planes, what animates them is the soft reflected sunlight from the opposite façade. In the shadow of the wall itself, a faint glint of light — cast through nearby windows — grazes the surface and reveals subtleties that are otherwise hidden.
These images are more than material studies; they are reflections on momentary light, shadow, and perception.
